I really need to find a better way to control my stress eating. Exercise isn't always convenient for me to do. I dont have a strong willpower when I become stressed. Workstresses me most, being in the office is worst than when I'm working at home. Once I get to the point of giving in to the small voice chanting go ahead, go ahead, it's no return. And getting back on track is hard.
I think I must pack lunch for my office days to ensure that I dont have a reason to be in the cafe' with the grilled sandwiches and cookies ready to go.
