I'm back from Florida with 3 extra pounds. I ate whatever I wanted and drank WAAAAY too much. I bet I had 10,000 calories just in mixed drinks. :) Unfortunately the oil came on to the beaches on Wednesday. They actually closed down the beach in SanDestin for that whole afternoon and evening. I was glad I got to see it before it is ruined. I loved the bumper stickers down there being sported by the Florida residents. "BP Sucks!"

63.8 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
