Hi everyone New to FatSecret. I joined because I need to become more aware and accountable for what I am eating. I am at the heaviest weight I have ever been. I had a lot of accidents and injuries so I gained weight and lost my level of fitness. I just started working out everyday again and love it. So now I just need to get back to eating healthy. Yay!
