Lost 4lbs this week. I had a wedding on friday to go to. and i allowed myself to eat reasonable and have 4 cocktails. well i ate dinner smart no problem and than had 7 drinks. i know i know. but i made sure i had lots of water and wrote down everything that i had. being accountable and everything. and i worked this weekend no biggie but than monday we went to a BBQ and i made a huge salad for everyone and brought chicken to grill just in case. well its a good thing that i did because they had fattening everything there. always gotta think ahead!!! Lets keep on keepin on!!
