Down .2 to 204.0. Rested yesterday.
This week I am resting all week. Sort of the opposite of interval training, I will not exercise until Friday AM! My legs feel better now. However I will still rest! Cyclists rest on a 3 or 4 week rotation. I have pushed my legs into worthless territory in the past, and rode too much. So I figured I would give this resting a try.
Coworker and I were discussing how much we love Fall. He brought in home made pumpkin bread this AM. I ate it for breakfast, and am drinking coffee! I dont normally drink much coffee, it makes me hyper! lol. Funny because I do take a few supplements that may or may not have energy boosting chems in them. Better living through chemistry!
