This is unfair, but typical for me. This weight is my lowest in 17 yrs., and my body does not want to go lower. It is a true plateau. However, I calculate that if I stopped my program, I would regain all my weight in a month. So I will stick with it, knowing it is healthy, and see what happens. I see no other alternative but to eat healthy and maintain a positive attitude

Are you counting calories? I know Keto typically is not a calorie-counting plan, but maybe you are getting too many calories? Just a thought. Keep it up. You have done great so far losing over 45 pounds!

You've lost nearly half the weight you want to lose, so pat yourself on the back! I know how you feel, I weigh myself daily (debatable whether I should, but I do) & a 1/4 lb gain will just ruin my day! And it shouldn't! 45 lbs is amazing, it might start getting harder but just be patient and stick with your plan, you're doing GREAT!

eating healthy is the goal and feeling good, I would focus on that positive and things will move when they want to move. You have been doing great and have id'd some of the foods that cause you problems so just take care to limit those items as you enjoy your slimmer body

This really is an amazing accomplishment! It may not be the lowest weight you want it to be, but THIS is the best YOU that you've been in a long time! Enjoy it and give yourself the praise you justly deserve.

you are doing a great job, give the scale a little more time, the weight will come off.

Thank you all for your support and suggestions. Today my weight was down, but the scale I was using varies so much. At present, I am in a different location with different scales, the ones that make me weigh more, USUALLY. We shall see. I am on the new Weight Watchers. When I was in my late thirties, I worked for them. (I am 70 now) I lost no more than five pounds a month and I was very young and active then. I had never had a major weight problem then, but had a bit left over from childbearing. I ended up losing 30 lbs which was really too much for my frame. I worked for them for ten years, never going on maintenance because with menopause, a very early one for me, and hypothyroidism, it was impossible to do. I ended up quitting before I developed an eating disorder. The new one is much easier. I know portions by now. What I did find is that the foods highest in points are high fat foods. On Atkins, I never worried about that. I do not go hungry, so it is a good plan. I also hate having to eat prepared foods by a weight loss company, even if you lose weight. However, even then, at this point the weight loss really slowed down. I am not in a rush since I am not doing this for a particular occasion, just for me and my health and to be better able to play and roll around with my 22 month old grandson who lives with me.
