Akhirnya under 60. Tetep SEMANGAT!!! Tetep DIET, tetep makan ENAK!!! Target pertengahan April, pas nyoblos tgl 17 April udah ideal weight. Menyambut presiden baru dg body baru. Ahahahahaha. :D
59 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Aku TB nya 150 cm Kak, Medium Frame (Kerangka Medium), BB ideal utk TB 150 cm, Medium Frame itu 49-51 kg. Awal BB sebelum diet 67 kg Mba. Hehehehehe. Perjuangan msh panjang.😁😁😁😁
