Been eating less now for several weeks and exercising 100% than before. I am in a zumba class only once a week but I love it! I am sweating for the full hour. I do notice that I have more stamina to finish the hour long class. I am even able to touch the floor with my hands at the end of the class when we are stretching from the waist bending to the ground forward. I wish the class was twice a week. I try and do my treadmill 3x per week as well. I cannot go for very long at a time though! I seem to get bored more than anything. I do put the treadmill on incline as if I was going up a hill which does get my heart pumping! If I am lucky, my husband will play a good set of ping pong with me a couple times per week. This is usually an intense 30-45 minutes of cardio. I am not one to be beaten and neither is he! I do notice as well that my legs seems to be a bit more harder in the muscle area.
