Today I am starting on 30 lbs weight loss journey aiming for 4-5 months. I will be strong and I will try to incorporate work out as much possible! Aiming for 1000-1200 calories a day with 300 burnout 5 times a week!
Feeling determined! 1 hour workout!
82 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
