Ok official results for my one month check weigh in and measurements at the health club.... drumroll please.... 12.2 lbs of fat lost 2 lbs of muscle gained body fat percent went from 55.1 to 51.0 which is huge for one month I guess total inches lost are 13.25 from all my measurements! This is from 6/4/2010-7/2/2010! Woot Woot!!!
125.2 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
