早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+希臘式優格+大蘋果半顆/拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:扁咚(健人舒肥雞胸餐:莎莎醬雞胸肉/雞蛋1/2顆/青菜)/水果茶
下午茶:77草莓巧克力(99卡)/雪花餅1塊/去籽芭樂
晚餐:腿排便當(飯1/2+腿排+炒青菜+炒麵腸)
55.5 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
