早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+希臘式優格+小蘋果半顆/拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:良食 韓式梅花豬肉便當(豬肉片+高麗菜+四季豆+青江菜+紫糙米飯)
下午茶:香蕉1根/黑糖雪花餅1個/腰果酥1塊
晚餐:玉米玉米筍排骨湯/綠花椰菜/大蝦子四隻沾沙拉醬/烤魷魚片
55.5 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
