Setelah 2 minggu stuck mulu di 61kg - 62kg.. Akhirnya turun juga walaupun masih deket ke 61kg 😳
60.9 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
