早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+希臘式優格+小蘋果半顆/拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:椒麻雞便當(炒高麗菜、蛋半顆、茄子幾塊、玉米粒、椒麻雞腿、白飯3/4份)
下午茶:香蕉1根/喜憨兒草莓吐司1塊
晚餐:自助餐(白飯1/4、肉燥、番茄炒蛋、炒綠花椰菜/炒青椒)
宵夜:三民街花生燒麻糬
55.2 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
