Ok, no dinner last night after a large lunch and lots of shopping and driving. Poof the build goes away. Today is the start of my physical exercise routine! Will write more later..
97.8 kg Lost so far: 18.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
