早餐:喜憨兒巧克力QQ麵包/無糖拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:乾意麵2/3份+辣味干貝小魚乾/炸土魠魚1塊/涼拌木耳一些/中華水果豆花半盒
下午茶:去籽芭樂
晚餐:酒田(生魚片*1+花壽司*2+雞腿肉半隻+炒飯幾口+炸蝦*1+炸芋頭+炸茄子+什錦湯+煎牛肉)
55 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
