Stepping up my walking and drinking my water... Don't know why my weight is up but it is so lower than it was last year at this time. I will keep on walking, eating the plan and seeing how I do. In May I will have been consolidated for one year and maintaining this loss is a good thing. I will re-evaluate monthly to see if I want to go any lower. .
80.3 kg Lost so far: 31.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
