午餐:NISORO 手工南瓜雞肉麵卷(366卡)/可不可熟成紅茶(春芽綠茶無糖常溫)
下午茶:雪花餅1塊/日出原味太陽餅1個(245卡)
晚餐:豬肉餡餅2/3份/牛肉小火鍋(飯1/2碗)
55.5 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
