2 weeks in and my weight is continuing in a downward trend on average calories of 2500 a day. This makes me really happy because it further supports all the info I've read about prioritising resistance training over cardio for weight loss :)
gonna go for another week averaging 2500 until fat loss stalls... watch this space!
