早餐:富樂水果麥片60克+無糖希臘式優格150克/無糖拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:外省乾麵1/2碗/小菜1/2份(米血、豆乾、粉腸)
下午茶:豬肉餡餅1個
晚餐:海產攤(燙蝦子4隻、沙茶炒蟹管、菠菜炒蕃茄蛋、豆鼓炒豆腐蚵仔、涼拌洋蔥、紫菜蛋花湯半碗、白飯半碗)
55.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week
