not a huge loss but still down even though i wasn't allowed to do my workouts this week.
66.8 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks! Not being able to do my workouts this week (per doctors orders) was not fun, I was getting into a groove and now I have to try to slowly build back into them. This low blood pressure thing SUCKS!
