Birthdays over the weekend meant I struggled to count calories so it's taken until today to get back on track. It was worth it though... the family all had a lovely weekend :)
77.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
