Wow ... I had a really heavy dinner last night. And it wasnt healthy. But I did watch portions and probably ate a little less than what's reflected on my food diary. BUT .. because I made better choices through the day, it showed on the scale this morning.

First week out of the gate will be a success if I can weigh in on Monday morning and have the scales start in the 200s rather than the 300's ... May Today Be The Last of the 300's for me!!!!!
136.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 70.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
