午餐:NISORO 鄉村番茄燉雞義大利麵(464卡)/麻古茶坊百香雙Q果1杯(無糖去冰)
下午茶:去籽小芭樂/鳳梨切片4片/水果軟糖
晚餐:燙青菜淋肉燥/魷魚羹麵1/4份(湯幾口)/小碗肉燥飯+肉鬆一些
