Timbangan Akhir Minggu ke-63 IF-KETO: sedikit diluar dugaan..malah turun..kalo ngebandingin sama 3 bulan awal keto (taon lalu) lebih less excited liat timbangan hahaha..mo ke 75 aja sekarang susah bgt..
77.6 kg Lost so far: 28.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
