昨天沒拉屎
一早空腹的體重50kg
可惡的🔺0.2🤣

只要看到五開頭的體重就很阿雜😒

11:26拉了一點屎 降了🔻0.1🤣
第一餐還沒吃
想吃點什麼好吃點
可是家裡還有一堆要吃點
