Hi guys. It’s my first time posting. Had a rough phase in life and put on around 15 kgs. I’m in the process of reinventing my life now and getting a fresh start. One of my goals is to be physically fit and healthy and to do that I have to lose the excess weight. Yesterday I started a semi liquid diet. I have been walking for a week now. However, I want to incorporate another workout into my day. Work and life pressures make it difficult, and I don’t seem to have the time for anything else. But here’s hoping for the best and to see those results soon
80.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week

Welcome to posting. I like your goal to become fit. I have the same one. I want to lose weight so that I can move more. Walking is a good start

@thanks so much liv - all the best to both of us in achieving our fitness goals. I appreciate the support from all you guy. Today I will do another workout and try to do one every other day apart from my walks. Tomorrow will be the fourth day on the diet. I will weigh in tomorrow 😀
