YESSSS!! Wasn't expecting this i was so nervous i had gained from eating enchiladas I made yesterday and going a little crazy on dessert last week, we bought Kodiak.. everything was healthy i made myself thinking maintaining veggies strictly during day and workouts have helped maintain, EXERCISE: although i haven't done more than 2 a days, mostly just 1 per day workouts
note: NO EXERCISE had additional b after weigh in
