今天出門忘記帶手機,超不習慣的啊!所以飲食沒照片⋯還好有電腦版的Line 拯救我!

早餐:Spacial K草莓早餐脆片40克+希臘式優格180克+蘋果半顆/無糖拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:老協珍薑汁豬肉漢堡1個/蘋果1/2顆
下午茶:雪花餅1塊/麻古百香雙Q(無糖去冰)
晚餐:好市多爆米花脆片鹹甜口味/蝦仁豬肉炒飯1/2份+小魚乾干貝醬/蚵仔鹹菜湯一些
