mau tanya dong, ada ga disini yang diet ga makan nasi? kalau iya kelebihan dan kekurangan diet tanpa nasi itu apa ya? karna aku sekarang udah sekitar seminggu ga makan nasi, dan selalu merasa kenyang padahal kebutuhan kalori belum tercukupi
