I ghad gained 5 but back down to only 2 up so I am doing ok. Not great but okay. Finally went for a walk for the first time this morning since getting sick/

113.9 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg. Still to go: 34.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
