pagi2 nimbang tercengan lah aku..kok malah naik 1 ons bukannya turun..padahal makannya gk melebihi ..masih sisa kebutuhan kalorinya..apa karena kemaren makannya gk clean food jd nambah gitu..jadi diet kita memang harus lepas minyak biar aman....
