Well I have to wait 2 months to see what they can do for my daughter’s spinal tumor. These past weeks have run me crazy already. So I decided last night I was going to focus on my continued weight loss since I can control that.

81.6 kg Lost so far: 44.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
