今天的好丘貝果真的好Q唷!好吃!可以控糖的英式真奶茶也好喝!

早餐:好丘草莓乳酪貝果(314卡)、拿鐵(鮮奶200ml)
午餐:Special K草莓脆片50克+鮮奶150m、富士蘋果半顆
下午茶:真奶茶(英式真奶茶控糖七分)、好市多爆米花脆片(鹹甜口味)、鱈魚香絲一些
晚餐:炒綠花椰菜、炒A菜、炒南瓜2塊、烤雞胸肉、魚湯幾口
