晚餐:自由羊肉(羊肉炒麵1/3份、炒菠菜、蔥爆羊肉1/2盤、當歸羊肉排骨2塊+湯2口、涼拌羊肚、麻油羊髓一些、白飯半碗)、水果軟糖
