i ate more junk than proper food for the past wk and i'm losing weight??? doesn't make any sense :( this is confusing me as i'm not sure if now i should still folllow a strict diet or just continue to eat the junk.. gah.
44.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm in a similar situation right now... I ate more calories and carbs this weekend then I had in 6 months and the scales showed a 5 lb loss this morning (I didnt record it because I will be reweighing int he am). Sometimes the weight can take a while to show. Try to get back on track. BUT dont be discourage if next week you have a small gain... Its happened to everyone =)
