下午茶:去籽芭樂1/2顆、蜂蜜紅茶拿鐵(102卡)科克蘭有機果汁軟糖(31卡)
晚餐:炸豬排、炒大白菜、炒青椒、番茄蟹肉棒炒蛋、炒豆皮、白飯半碗+肉燥
