Decided that I’m supposed to be between 140 - 144 pounds because I’m 5’8” (technically 5’ 8+3/4 “).
That means I personally need to lose weight. I am chunky indeed, and it is not good. For me, 135 is good, and 140 is okay; but 145+ is just not good.
