I have tried intermittent fasting. It did help!!! Maybe I need to do that again just to get me to the 50’s.
Tara - Don’t get discouraged! Keep focused! I am doing the Keto/ Whole30 dieting. What helped me when I got stuck was doing fasting and liquids only diet for 1-2 days. It’s hard but can be done.
As far as portion size, I reduced it just a little bit and drank more water. I have also been doing HIIT at the gym. Bouncing around all gym equipment resting only a few seconds in between. You GOT this!!!
