Hi justsmile4me I really need to ask what are you doing to lose your weight. I have been stuck at 170 for weeks now and I was lookin at your journal entries and saw you got stuck at the same place. PLEASE tell me what you did/are doing to get past that plateau?! I go to the gym 2-3x a week and have recently been doing strength training classes aka strong classes. Sometimes I slip with my calories LIKE TODAY 😬 but im usually pretty good with staying around 1300/day. Please give me some advice I want to be where you are and im getting so discouraged..😞

Have you tried intermittent fasting? That helps lots of people.

I have tried intermittent fasting. It did help!!! Maybe I need to do that again just to get me to the 50’s. Tara - Don’t get discouraged! Keep focused! I am doing the Keto/ Whole30 dieting. What helped me when I got stuck was doing fasting and liquids only diet for 1-2 days. It’s hard but can be done. As far as portion size, I reduced it just a little bit and drank more water. I have also been doing HIIT at the gym. Bouncing around all gym equipment resting only a few seconds in between. You GOT this!!! DON’T GET DISCOURAGED! KEEP PUSHING! CHANGE IT UP!

@justsmile4me Thank you for the response. I think i am going to try the liquid fasting for a day or two. That seems to work for a lot of people. I did finally break my 170 plateau Im now down to 167! I think due to more water intake and consistent gym days!
