i've been diagnosed with hyperthyroid and very low vitamin D. i'll hopefully be starting treatment soon and back to my old self. it will be nice to exercise again and feel rested about 8-9hrs of sleep (no amount of sleep does it for me). on a side note, i dropped a few pounds from stomach flu last week, but on the whole, haven't had much weight loss (one of the symptoms of the condition).
