午餐:Nisoro 奶油野菇雞腿燉飯(386卡)、六花亭-萊姆葡萄夾心餅乾1塊
下午茶:無花果2塊、富士蘋果1/2顆、歐可紅玉拿鐵(半糖)
晚餐:豬肉餡餅1/2份、新上海起司牛奶鍋(只吃肉、菜、火鍋料,沒吃飯)
