Weight has been fluctuating a bit, but it was down lower this morning, so I figured I'd record it.
I'm getting better at jogging. I let my legs rest for a good few weeks except for walking, and my shins don't hurt at all. So that's good. Managed to jog for approx 15 minutes today throughout intervals. So that's good. Doing one block walking one block jogging seems to work pretty well. Eventually, I'd like to jog the whole route I go on, but it might not be feasible until fall. It was 90+ today so I felt like I was going to pass out. I had to take it a bit easier.
