WOW!! Down over 4 lbs. this week. Last week I lost 2 lbs. so this is over double. I feel and look good and my clothes are starting to fit differantly.YEAH!!!
74.2 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
