I completely blew it yesterday, anyone watching me would have thought a famine was coming. :(
82.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Try to figure out what was bothering you. I am of the very firm belief that when we eat when we are not hungry it is emotional in one way or another. Try to pinpoint those emotions and you will be well prepared should the situation arise again.
