ga ngarepin turun sih 10dys ini, bcs 10dys ini gw makan segalanya nyemil sana sini. cuma tetep porsi protein nya lebih banyak dan tetep ga makan nasi, yg lebih parah sedikit makan buah dan sayur. tapi ga naik BB nya alhamdulillah 😁 skrg back on the track dlu yak. biar segera langsing 😊✅
