今天一樣核心運動不能少
有做有差已經做半個月了
腿的贅肉有變少了😝😝
今天蛋白質多了豆漿
下午好餓想做低碳麵包吃
撐到晚上才吃,因為去醫院看家人
所以晚餐太晚7點才吃
68.4 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
