O.k. I know I wasn't supposed to but I got on the scale this morning anyway. I just felt a little lighter this morning so I was dying to see what the change was. It said I weighed 264.5! That's almost another 5 pounds! I got to the doc in just a bit so now I can really tell how true everything is. I am excited either way it goes!

Happy 4th - keep up the good work the first six months before I went on the maintenance phase of my diet the graph slowly went down and down. All of the dieting was worth it. Now I'm in control of what I eat. I'm 60 pounds lighter than my highest weight. Before you know it you'll be reaching your goal! :)
