lepas diet selama 10 bulanan semenjak masuk kuliah :') tapi selama pake fatsecret jujur ga tersiksa banget sih dietnya. fix! mulai dari awal lagi biar kayak dulu
65 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
