lagi kendoooorrr banget olahraga karena jam kerja lagi masuk pagi ngawas anak ujian.. siangnya langsung megang kerjaan rumah, nidurin anak jadi ikutan ketiduran.. tapi tadi nimbang BB stabil sih, Alhamdulillah..
63.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
