Evenings are my downfall. Any suggestions. I' follow the program to letter during the day - but come evening I feel I must have a snack.
It's a long time between 6 pm and 6 am.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
